What?

Yoga is a science which has been practiced for thousand of years. It is consists of principles about the mind and body connection which is now being proven by modern medicine. Yoga means the balancing of body and mind both of which harbour tensions or knots. The aim of each posture is to release these benefiting on a physiological, psychological and biochemical level.
