Based on first-hand experience of working in the Public Relations industry for over 14 years, I understand the demands and appreciate the affect they can have on staff working in highly pressurised industries. From personal experience, I also recognise the benefits of achieving a healthy mind and body but how difficult it is to achieve when after work drinks call louder than the gym or yoga studio.
My appreciation and experience of the demanding PR industry and the holistic lifestyle I’ve personally achieved, led me to combine a series of approaches to alleviate stress and anxiety.
The methods focus on the proven scientific understanding that our emotional state directly affects our physiology and our physical wellbeing. By addressing the core emotional state all other areas function effectively, promoting a healthy mind and body and ultimately increasing productivity.
The methods focus on restoring, reviving and renewing the person from the inside out. These approaches motivate, increase confidence, reduce mental fatigue, and improve sleep, concentration, memory, and attention learning efficiency, mood and subjective well being increases too.
Approaches are available from a wellness centre in south London or 'in-house' for corporate clients.
